TRACKKA Core Backup protects the six main operational records: Properties, Tenants, Payments, Expenses and Service Charges. Rent Expiry & Renewal, SCUML and KYC are kept outside this core restore so a problem in one module cannot block recovery of the main records.

KYC Backup & Restore

KYC records and uploaded passport/identification documents are backed up and restored separately. This section is isolated from the main TRACKKA backup and does not alter properties, tenants, payments, calculations, SCUML or other modules.
